Initially i liked the work culture here as i was mainly involved in client work.Then slowly they have started arranging unnecessary meetings with iris managers that too repeatedly.Most of the time managers didn't know what is happening in the project even after multiple updates in the meetings.I have to resign from my position because of one sr. manager there who is very arrogant when you don't agree with him.He wants everyone to listen to him but he don't want to listen to others especially ones who are indirectly reporting to him.I tried to highlight this with hr and hr told me she will take it up with management but nothing happened.So not sure management is aware about this and ignoring it or not aware at all.My client was ready to retain me but my manager is not so one can imagine how arrogant the manager is and iris is still supporting him.I would say best of luck to the company.Typical hr department who will do nothing and just say understood without understanding it.No action has been taken even after i have reported the issue.
