-There is no undue pressure from the team. People are always ready to help. -Opportunity to work with the latest technologies. - Agile methodology is followed, hence no haphazard tasks or unplanned deadlines. -People are encouraged to learn new technologies and take up initiatives. -Various trainings are organized from time to time and the company also provides coupons for online training portals. -The management is approachable. Monthly one-to-one meetings are conducted between team members and managers/team leads in order to address issues if any.

-As a fresher, project allocation and work assignment might take some time.
