Free fruit. Pockets of good people. Well established name in the market.

Cons

One of their most profitable years and during the pandemic, made 50+ staff redundant some of which had been with the company for almost 20 years. Moved an office from London to Manchester & offered for people to relocate but was never feasible which made another 35+ people redundant. Leadership above Director level is constantly changing, may as well be a different organization, they care very little about the people who help the customers and everyone is just a number on a spreadsheet
