Great work environment - Supervisor & teammates are very supportive. People respect each other and everyone's views Leadership is approachable and supportive Organization cares for employees Smooth virtual joining during pandemic Small gestures like checking upon employees for their comfort makes employees special. Work from home flexibility.

Cons

No of annual leaves are a bit less considering there are no sick leaves. Though flexible work environment is very helpful. Nothing else.

Cons

This company is one of the lowest paying in its industry for my position or any other role. There is a lot of politics and favoritism is very obvious. Family members is put into managerial roles without experience bypassing those long-standing employees. I feel for those long-standing employees. They must be frustrated all their years waiting for advancement in their career. Definitely do not stay for long here or do not work here at all.

I have been a part of IRIS since last 1 year and honestly the working experience is really good. I have got the opportunities and required learning which I was looking for. Management is good and supportive in all the ways. Flexible working atmosphere and a great learning experience.

Cons

Cafeteria services and transport services needs a little improvement though.
