      Pros

      Insightful questions from the 2 concurrent interviewers.

      Cons

      Zero feedback and the headhunter subsequently went dark - he wouldn't take my calls and never replied to my texts/emails. So I have no idea where I stand = and so i've given up and accepted another offer. The CEO refused also to share any feedback or status and could not get the headhunter to wake up. Pathetic......

      -Subsdized food - Non- Professional enviroment (good for desi's) -Park in front of office

      Cons

      - Lifts will work according to mood - Poor management of resources.- - Old process and old technologies , plus they are not willing to adopt a change. - Managers and higher management is always concerned about gross margins. - Appraisal you can get depending upon your boot licking. 1% is the lowest and at times highest. - Worst part is HR. pathetic polices. They took 3 months to release out the appraisal letters. - Minimum 8 hrs for office..if one minute is short you will be shown as half day present + they will apply leave on your behalf. - That's enough for the day
