Pathetic Company with worst work culture
Pros
1. Company is surviving due to couple of good mangers hired recently, you would be lucky, if you work with them.
Cons
1. On papers they are CMMI5 company but people are waiting for appraisal since last one and half year (It usually starts in Jan and end in Sep) 2. Salary is never on time 3. Project Manager sitting since last 10 plus years micromanages and tries to develop fear in people 4. PM and ADM are the whole and soul of the company, if you obey them, then only you can survive here 5. Lifts works occasionally, so you might have to climb 8 floors 6. Absconding rate is increasing exponentially due to pathetic hr policies and work culture 7. Firing is common due to less opportunities 8. Office is in isolated place, so not safe if your shift hours are late night 9. Eight hours in office is mandatory, so with 7 hours 59 minutes, you will get half day absent 10. No Sick leaves 11. Mostly support, maintenance and low level projects, where a person don't need much expertise 12. PM and ADM, lose control of their voice quickly and start abusing people, specially in FS department
