They give cab for candidates coming for interview Onsite if you resign 5 types of tea as sometimes water machine dosent work Health benefit of walking via stairs- 9 floors.. As lift is usually down Seat Open culture, yes... Indeed.. All the management seats in cabin though and is no keen to any suggestion or idea Gives you patience to deal with any situation - coz it cant be worse than this If you are coming from good brand, please dont worry- it will be like jungle suffari Be it any team- all the leaders are mostly robots. Good indeed.

Learning - No, Growth- No, Politics-Yes, Culture - Pathetic They interview candidates and push panel to clear the candidates as they just want joinings Hr guys are dumb.. Not as per me.. As per the owner of company Facilities - dosent provide facilities Pm/dm - think they are god since its a very small org People with 15-20 yrs time frame are leaders, sitting on same designations Any idea/suggestion:Goes on waste Sal date:now 1st from 7th 75 rupees forced deduction monthly( i know it not huge, but there is no option to opt out) - for annual party. Which has not happened from last 3 yrs approx Ac - works on own mood, they even have table fans though. Appraisals - peanuts Culture- Pathetic. Again. Just wanted to retriate
