      Great team, professional environment; great HR support - always helpful and resolving issues. Has fun team building and mentoring activities. Good amount of formal training. Always gives you opportunities to succeed. Very focused on employee issues. Resolves all immigration matter in timely manner with positive results.

      Been with the organization for more than 6 years Iris has a Great story of growth and an amazing work culture They have a wonderful consultant and employee care organization. working 24/7 for the employees. Good paymaster Their Aetna benefits are awesome.

      They could do a better job in talking about their awesome work culture They have to be more active on Facebook and Instagram
