      Pros

      1) One of the best company in terms of training. 2) Iris values all the employees working under it. 3) The atmosphere in the office is very cool(very nice), peaceful, with perfect amount of flexibility. 4) Lot of career opportunity.

      Cons

      1) The food quality from the vendor(HungerBox) is not that good, it is ok.

      1. Takes care of employees at every level HR's are very helpful. 2. Hands on training in technical is given to employees 3. Great people around, at least at the start, friendly environment.

      Cons

      1. Tightly packed schedule 2. Cafeteria snacks not very great. Food joints around are less. 3. No network connectivity.
