As a fresher who got placed from campus placements, some of the reasons why I think that IRIS is a great oppurtunity for freshers like me are the trainings that are provided. Great in-depth coverage and a an equally great trainer made the experience even greater. The work culture all around is wonderful as well.

Cons

Well, you have to work hard and give your best in everything, if you call this a con at all that is.
