      Pros

      If your manager is good, then you shall have a decent time here. Facilities are good.

      Cons

      No freedom, the decision making is with the Director no matter what they tell you. No space for employee creativity.

      There are manipulative liars, there words are meaningless and they try not to pay your last month's salary if you don't fight with them and tell them that you would complain to authorities.
