      Pros

      Free evening cabs, free evening snacks, flexible timings and that's it! There is not any further for you if you don't have any link to top management!

      Cons

      Favorism is on high! You can be reward in all the way without doing anything significant, but definitely u will be ignored with any higher level of performance, if there is not any God father (or mother) backing for you!
