Pros

On time Salary Good Work life balance

Cons

No job security, regardless of tenure. Layoffs happen frequently and are often not performance-based. In many cases, clients choose resources from other vendors, resulting in employee layoffs and creating an unstable work environment.

Pros

Salary is paid on time. Employees are provided with a 3-month notice period in case of separation.

Cons

Very low job security. Limited project opportunities. The company appears to be hiring despite having a shortage of active projects. I would strongly advise candidates to think twice before joining right now. There were very few opportunities available. In my case, no interviews were scheduled for several months, and later I was asked to resign. After 2 months on the bench, HR contacted me and asked for a silent resignation. I also saw several developers and QA engineers hired around the same time facing similar situations. Many people were recruited but were not assigned to projects. My biggest regret is leaving a stable job to join. If you already have a secure position, make sure you clearly understand the project pipeline and client opportunities before making a move.
