IRIS has brilliant staff for onboarding the resources . They are quiet helpful . The boarding processes is very smooth. Have quiet good clients to work on financial domain. I have met the best manager in my whole experience here and I think I am working with one of the best team here at IRIS. The companay is very employee friendly . Have taken care of employees in covid so much . The best part of the iris that differs is HR'S REALLY TAKE THE PAIN TO CONTACT AND TALK TO EMPLOYEES ONCE EVERY 2-3 MONTHS . In other organisations I have seen even after sending email human resource team hardly even listen or setup the calls. IRIS Is growing so will you .
