They charge you 15-18k per year and then give 3 lakh family cover from star health insurance with so many terms and conditions and loopholes that you will never be able to utilize a penny of it. You can avail Same health cover with 6 lakhs cover and ambulance facility from star health in less than 8k rupees directly on retail. On top of it HR's wont help as company has their own brokers for mediclaim and they wont even release you if you are a male, no matter how bad medical situation you or your family is going through. A 2 month pregnant female was let go within a week after her resignation.

1. Toxic work environment, leads think that people are getting salary so employees should work from morning 8 to night 11. 2. They give you impossible targets, like 3 days task which should be completed in 1 day. 3. Leads never try to understand employees. 4. It's a true hiring and firing company. They keep hiring people, keep giving them impossible targets, in case of little failure, you are fired. They have literally destroyed career of so many people. 5. You are getting salary hence you should behave like slave here. And no question should be asked. 6. There is nothing like CMMI 5, don't fall in this title. In my experience they are CMMI -5 (minus 5) level company. 7. Even client is satisfied by your work, but they will not be satisfied. 8. You not never ask about work life balance here, it does not exist. 9. You are hired with the skillset, hence keep working like zombies, no space for learning, no space for growing.
