Pros

If you don't have any other offer you can join or else don't. Join this company strictly only when you have no other option or else be ready to get softly tortured.

Cons

company will literally torture you every 15 days by reminders from clients, managers or HRs that you might be layed off. This uncertainty tortured me and my colleagues so much that we had to work 9-11 sometimes, Yes work culture is bad, unethical and beyond prescribed labour limits. It has a popular record of hiring and firing people. No hike since last 2 years.. Even TCS offers more hike.
