      1. No micromanagement from Iris 2. Free to choose full-time/contractor role 3. Report only to the client side manager, won't be pulled into Iris internal meetings or any other client issues

      Cons

      1. Minimal leaves and benefits 2. You won't know who else is from Iris working around you 3. Salary could be higher
