      lots of politics in company

      Cons

      bench management is the worst they play like god for people on bench specially those who have no technical background. When I had an accident the first thing that bench manager asked was how soon can you join. Also their GPTW rating is fake since I or any of my collegue never recieved any mail to rate there

      Pros

      IRIS has been an amazing place to be from day 1. The policies and process are employyee centric and flexible which creates a happy and positive work place. Communication flow is very quick and easy enabling the employees to resolve concerns and queries easily. Well trained and qualified leadership team supports and mentors newbies well. Overall a great place to work.

      None I can think of.
