- culture is very welcoming - people are very friendly -customers are generally friendly - easy job - great for college part time - profit share - free lunch

Cons

- no room for career growth - can become repetitive - definite favouritism from managers - doesn't deal with conflict well - predators on staff/ people not doing their work - no hierarchy of management in the department I was in -
