Pros
The pay and benefits are good, the non-management staff are helpful and professional.
Cons
Poor communication. Multiple departments gather information and report multiple sets of data and information to regulatory authorities. The right hand rarely knows what the left hand is doing. Organizational culture and values are unclear. Management and directors seek fault rather than solutions. Pay increases less dependent on work quality and more on how much management likes you. Board of directors cares more about money than about the environment and the people they serve.
