Be very careful with this company and their play on words. They are not real up to speed on HR terminology (or just act that way when you call). They use some very questionable tactics when it comes to pay and raises. They are not very in tune with what the end client is doing. I was working a position under a contract with IS Int'l and the end client approached me about completely changing my job role and advised I "had" to do it. I was not willing and ended my employment. IS claimed they knew nothing of this. I would look for another agency if at all possible.
