      Pros

      So many wonderful people work here. I love my team, and I've always had great experiences with other teams. You'll have good and friendly co-workers here. Pay has been fair, benefits are good.

      Cons

      It's been a revolving door as of late with a lot of turnover in management. In corporate, Isagenix feels like it's going through an identity crisis as it tries to keep up with market trends while clinging to it's roots as an MLM.

      Good pay and benefits compared to some other companies in the area Most coworkers are genuinely nice and good at their job. Plenty of team members have your back Excellent response to the pandemic If you’re looking to expand your skills or move up, there’s a chance. But only if you can handle the cons without complaining too much

      Cons

      No stability. Higher-ups change constantly. Many great employees have left for better opportunities. That tells you all you need to know Short-staffed. Not uncommon to see one person doing multiple roles Chaotic pace that causes burnout Company doesn’t listen to valid input from employees to make anything better Be sure to research the network marketing industry before accepting an offer here
