Pros

Good benefits, decent budgets, some good coworkers, decent pay

Cons

High turnover, management does nothing about it. Good ideas are squashed and there is no room for growth. Current management is bloated and way in over their heads with the amount of work they need to do. Terrible annual raises. Youll be doing your work over and over and over again because no one knows what theyre doing or why.

Pros

Young company. New challenges when opening new countries.

Cons

VPs take long to make decisions. New structure of CEO, COO, CFO changed everything.

Pros

Great benefits and work environment. The company is still developing which allows plenty of room to drive change and improve.

Cons

Isagenix is still developing so best practices may not yet be implemented which can be frustrating.
