Small company Not much room for growth or advancement Run my family hierarchy Awkward social environment I would not recommend

Cons

This place shows no loyalty. The higher ups are immoral and fail to see what it is ethically fit. Fails to reimbursement employees for their costs. Working here i know for a fact that the other reviews are fabricated. They are known for belittling people.

Working on latest technologies. .

Cons

Technical managers in usa thinks they are the God and jumped directly from heaven.. Micro management at the core.. 0% focus on employee satisfaction Management plays with the paychecks of employees. . Totally if you want to get messed up with your work life.. this is the right place.. At same time, you are a techie and dont mind working 12 to 16 hrs a day and dont worry abt career and just money. .this company is good

1. Extreme Micro management 2. Pay scale is not up to the market standards. 3. Health Insurance is very bad. extremely expensive. 4. Family run 5. Not much room for career advancement. Only relatives grow. 6. Social environment is awkward.
