Pros

Great exposure to working with global, multicultural teams (Australia, India, New Zealand, UK, US). Strong opportunity to lead and make architectural decisions, not just follow orders. Close collaboration with product, support, and business teams, which improved my communication and stakeholder skills.

Cons

Some legacy systems and outdated technologies made development slower and harder to modernize. Communication could be challenging at times due to working across different time zones. Certain processes lacked clear documentation, so onboarding and knowledge transfer sometimes took longer than expected.

Pros

You will find it fun if theres a good co workers and management.

Cons

From my experience in 5 years working there as a cook with a almost 3 years no assisstant cook or a helper. Is really tiring at all and my wage are not really fit on how i work there, specially people on the top they wont see it because they really not appreciate what your doing, also no wonder employees are not lasting in this company. They gave you a role as a cook without finding you a helper atleast 1 and the wage is only 50 cents difference from the dishwasher, also the role is cook not all around but actually you will work there like a 3 person worth of work. You will be like a machine like nonstop even most of the weeks you havent spend your break time but they will cut it to your paycheck as well so... theres really more into it ,but this is just my summary of my experience working there
