The real problem with the company is that most of the management has been at the company for a very long time, while the average workers keep rotating quickly. There is no accountability for management while the little guy does most of the work and gets non of the credit. There is almost no room for growth, and what little positions are up for grabs are quickly filled by the favorites. The place operates like a small village, where everyone knows everything about everyone, the smallest incident is a scandal, gossip galore, cronyism and nepotism. The pay is terrible, even mid level management doesn't get paid much, the entry level positions are bargain pricing. The company gives no raises apart form an occasional 1-2% cost of living increase, there is no means by which to get a performance raise or bonus. For Christmas we get $25 dollars, that is the thank you for helping the company succeed. If you dont suck up to a select few, you are getting no where, regardless of your work ethic. The human resources department is the most unprofessional and unethical I have ever seen, they are the first ones to avoid. Very strange company culture, that cant last much longer. The company has turned over half its administrative positions in the last year, that says a lot.
