      Growing Company that empowers employees

      Pros

      I've worked with Isolatek for just over two years, and during that time, I've seen tremendous growth in the company. The company has taken a "can do" approach and empowers the employees to make decisions to meet customer needs. Employees are treated fairly and in the time I have been here, employees are held accountable and rewarded based on performance.

      Cons

      Many of the systems are still manual and need additional focus.

      Do NOT work for Isolatek International! You're just signing up to be miserable; save yourself the trouble and stay away!

      Isolatek International is a sinking ship because of how incompetent its leadership is! A lot of talented people have left the company because they felt overworked and undervalued. They couldn't care less about the company's mission and the work employees do, and only care about making as much money as possible, leading them to constantly make short-sighted decisions with severe consequences!

      Working here gave me some important life lessons on keeping up with the times and getting paid well.

      Cons

      This company is the perfect example of a terrible employer. The tech is old, and their IT team has been working on upgrades for the past few months, but it's still not updated. The compensation seems like a joke as employees are expected to work insane and brutal hours for awful pay. They've never even heard of employee growth or career paths. Beware!
