Jobs are secured even at the time of recession There are a lot of learning Opportunities. There is a large scope of onsite postings.

Cons

If you are a new graduate, then salary will be average compared to the market standards specially during early stage of career in the company. However other compensations make up for it and there are growth opportunities moving forward.

Work culture is good. Senior management knows to handle clients if anything happens, they won't blame you unless and until you genuinely have done something wrong.

Cons

Pay is comparatively less. The timings are hectic at times, but not always.
