Pros
Comparing to other small-scoped IT consulting companies, the upper levels and HR here are much more friendly and responsive here. They will give you straightforward and quick answers. This company is a good start for anyone not having experience in the industry. Training program is OK as it's more about personal effort. They do sponsor H1B and Green Card. I would say this should be the last choice for F1 students, but not the worst choice.
Cons
Salary/ Benefits/ Insurances are much lower/less than the average of IT industry. Marketing stage is a bit slow. There's a binding contract and penalty if you quit. The work you do is senior level, but you'll get paid less than a junior.
