Pay is good. Some colleagues who become your friends is because they genuinely care about your well being.
Cons
Upper management are for themselves. They will withhold information from you and let you finger out on your own. Instead of telling you in plain English. There are people who are snobs. They think they are better than you they can't look at you in the eye to say good morning.
