Smart and competent peers/colleagues and the work is challenging.

Cons

Highly stressful environment due to Incompetent management with unrealistic expectations and making constant comparisons. They least care about your job satisfaction and career advancement and believe in favoritism. Cross team collaborations aren't great either. The base salaries are not competitive with market and there is a lack of bonus.
