      Was a great job until they started restructuring.

      Pros

      In general, team members were all great to work with, benefits were good, and SOME management members generally cared for your growth personally and professionally.

      Cons

      During the restructuring, the company gave NO notice, and no opportunity to fill other open positions. Salaries and vacation times were not competitive in the market.
