Ivanti is a great company who treats their employees fairly. Loved my experience working here

No big cons other than leadership seems to butt heads at times

Great place to work but pay not competitive

Pros

Love the company, love the people, love the work. Managers have your back and I've never not been supported or felt like work got in the way of life.

Cons

Pay is well below industry standard and managers will admit that to you. If the intangibles mean more to you than dollars, its a great place to work.
