      The Team is amazing and the direct managers in place are the best. They do a great job at insulating the team from outside influences and general bull that happens with senior managers.

      Cons

      Senior Management can be frustrating to deal with and the company needs to do better at not angering their customers, it makes the job harder than it needs to be

      Pros

      Immediate team managers are awesome

      Cons

      Not much confidence in senior leadership. Poor decisions have lead to multiple lay-offs over the last 2 years. Constant changes on the sales side as hindered to ability of the sales team to hit their numbers.

      Pros

      Good internal Training and enablement, with cooperative and support colleagues. Whilst the energy in any company can change, it remains high within Ivanti and the team really come together.

      Cons

      A period of high change over a short time and inconsistent management has been disruptive, with many skilled people leaving the organisation as they rebuild.
