Pros

Ivanti’s culture is one among few destination companies. There is integrity even with diversified teams due to acquisitions and mergers. The company and the leadership promote transparency and equal opportunity, while the teams are always onboard to help each other. That’s not all.. Good comp and benefits are just cherry on the cake.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Toxic at Times

Pros

Fairly compensated on the base, complete confusion on the bonus payouts.

Cons

As stated, complete confusion on the bonus payouts. Management was either micro or non-existent. There was no in between. I left as part of a massive down-sizing one year to the week of the merger being signed. No heart these people.
