      Pros

      I've only experienced the warmest and easiest transition into working for Ivanti. Team members are receptive and as with most companies, as long as you are trainable, they are happy to keep empowering you for success.

      Cons

      Having entered into this industry from an outside sales position my expectations were unclear on what to expect. I don;t have too much to share about what has left me dissatisfied with taking this role with Ivanti.

The culture at Ivanti is one of customers for life and a great place to work. Customer closeness and focus on achievement and results drive our customer facing journey and equally importantly shapes our internal culture of collaboration and teamwork. Ivanti embraces diversity with greater than 50% of our team members being outside the US and balances contemporary programs and values as we drive change in the IT industry.

      Cons

      If team members are not prepared to have the best career experience in their lives and aren’t ready to play their respective part in contributing to our customers success and company culture, they will unfortunately never experience what it is to work for a great company and amazing team of people. We are Ivanti and we look forward to adding the best individuals to this already amazing team as we focus on becoming our best selves and winning as a team as we play an impactful part of our customers journey and their strategic business outcomes.       Pros

      Large software company with huge upside. Highly profitable with room to grow and improve. On the cusp of opening a new HQ building in South Jordan, UT with all the modern amenities expected of a state-of-the-art and modern software company. Leadership in CX organization is stellar with plenty of opportunity to take the initiative and lead out, showing extreme ownership with an intense focus on customer renewals, satisfaction, and financial health.

      Cons

      Many products to integrate as a result of mergers and acquisitions that can lead to complexity and a challenging technical environment for customers, and a difficult implementation life cycle.
