Pros

Awesome Executive team that are taking the company forward, Stratigic thinker and very EMPLOYEE focuses.

Cons

Currently the company is fighting to break into accounts to displace competition. In the past this has been slow in larger accounts. However there has been a turn as some of the competitors are loosing some of their top talent as well as customer focus.

Sometimes sound process flows slow response to customers or product delivery; however this can be managed.
