      Pros

      The mission and values of Ivanti are unmatched. I feel welcomed by everyone, no matter the background or knowledge level. I am proud of Ivanti's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. There are always opportunities to be involved, no matter where you work from.

      Cons

      Sometimes with remote work, there is a disconnect between coworkers, but this is probably true of any company that embraces WFH.

      Some times not peaceful, Recently micromanagement across different managers. Lacks dev/qa resource hence more work load. Layoff quarterly.
