Lots of changes have made a lot of great folks leave the company.. leaving many of us still here scrambling for resources.

The people are nice and very smart. You know everyone is moving forward with the best intentions.

Cons

Everyone has a lot of stakeholders, ideas, and goals. As a result, it's very easy schedule more meetings and slip into working longer hours to support your stakeholders and goals.
