      I happen to have a really supportive team around me. The work life balance has been something I value so much. I also feel the role I am in provides me a ton of opportunity for growth and development!

      Pros

      Ivanti has grown through acquisitions and is poised to do extremely well. I really enjoy the collegial environment - very bright, motivated, helpful co-workers.

      Cons

      Nothing serious from my vantage point. No company is perfect but Ivanti is one of the best I've worked for.
