      Pros

      Wonderful team, supportive manager Most interaction with none team Members are very positive almost everyone wants to give a hand or help somebody with a question or support. Overall culture seems good it’s a bit more difficult to tell because of all remote work. I rely on my immediate team for the culture experience

      Cons

      Very hard to meet people and connect to find out about projects and who is doing what there’s a bit of silo action going on which is to be expected. Leaders should work on making sure that all of the teams are aligned and have met and have somehow connected with each other’s projects. See you sweet management doesn’t seem to have a lot of knowledge with day-to-day situation. I do think things are moving forward in a positive direction so I am still excited to work here

      Pros

      Ivanti is a hungry & driven organization with an exceptional leadership team. The new CEO has made made significant culture changes at the company that have galvanized much of the employee base. Additionally, the Chief Product Officer has a tremendous vision for the company that is already being executed. Overall, great place to work where a lot will be expected of you, but you will learn a ton and grow in your role.

      Fast paced environment can turn some away
