Pros

1. Nothing except work from home

Cons

1. Frequent lay offs, recently they laid off all the staff in San Jose (Pulse secure team and MobileIron team) without giving a day notice. They also closed their office in Cambridge (UK) and employees left. Laying off staff in Ivanti Bangalore-Bagmane Office as well. 2. VV Poor Leadership and bad decision makers 3. No Long term vision, No wise strategy to increase the sales. After Ivanti acquired Pulse Secure and MobileIron the sales went down. Continuously changing priorities without focus on core competencies. 4. Budget/Financial issues 5. No Work Life Balance 6. Works becomes hectic frequently as the company is understaffed 7. Low pay, Below average benefits 8. Unlimited PTO, but not useful as it requires Manager approval and work is hectic almost everyday which prevents you from taking off

Thank you for providing feedback. Like many companies being impacted by the current economic conditions, Ivanti has had some recent layoffs. Doing so is never an easy decision. Please note that our San Jose office remains open.
