Continuously shifting priorities from leadership makes it really challenging to change process and make it stick. Overall, too many products without a clear understanding of how to integrate them into the product stack.

Manipulative- Marketing has been asked to improve Glassdoor and blind reviews and improve ceo approval. Lot of positive reviews here are as a result are really fake imo. UEM PM leadership is run by an old guard and really stuck in 90s mindset. Other areas are still in growth phase such as security and others. No big growth opportunity for experienced folks internally unless someone leaves after getting tired. Enormously mis-aligned leaders. Overall, management has lot of people with 20+ years experience in same firm so don’t expect them to leave or change and products acquired are keeping this afloat for now but they will be killed in some time. Company is afloat with new private injection and has no future in 3-5 years. Just hoping for a turnover and be sold.
