- Lots of learning. Technologies used in the product are exciting. Very good opportunities to learn and apply the learning in the projects. - Engineers frequently interact with field and customers. This gives us a real sense of how our work is being used and making a difference. - Enjoy working with co-workers. People trust each other and help each other. - During the corona virus lock down, management made sure that our safety is the priority. It made it easy for us to stay committed.

Pros

Fun and interesting work A lot of freedom to experiment and innovate to find solutions to problems Very much an 'all hands on deck' approach to development i.e. the whole team is involved in design, development, testing, grooming etc. Communication is pretty good across the company about what is going on.

Cons

Can feel a bit isolated from the US team in the head office.

Work and life balance. No overtime work.

Cons

My company Heat Software was acquired by ivanti, then ivanti layoff more than half employee and will close silican valley office. Because it's too expensive for Utah company. ivanti layoff 50%+ or shutdown the companies it acquired.
