      Pros

      Honestly, not a lot. Everything that was a benefit was after the Heat acquisition.

      Not a lot of direction, they bite off more than they can chew

      Employees are well supported and given the opportunity to grow. Flexible work-from-anywhere approach is amazing. Technology and strategic direction are great

      Pros

      Wonderful team, supportive manager Most interaction with none team Members are very positive almost everyone wants to give a hand or help somebody with a question or support. Overall culture seems good it’s a bit more difficult to tell because of all remote work. I rely on my immediate team for the culture experience

      Cons

      Very hard to meet people and connect to find out about projects and who is doing what there’s a bit of silo action going on which is to be expected. Leaders should work on making sure that all of the teams are aligned and have met and have somehow connected with each other’s projects. See you sweet management doesn’t seem to have a lot of knowledge with day-to-day situation. I do think things are moving forward in a positive direction so I am still excited to work here
