      Pros

      Good benefits, fun work atmosphere, relaxed, good overall product, lots of opportunities to have fun. Pay is good for the area. I really like LANDesk, and while they have their corporate failings I think its a good place to work if you're willing to work and learn.

      Cons

      In my department, there is not going to be a lot of opportunities to move up, I don't have a great reputation (which probably clouds the situation) and it seems we're fairly top-heavy. The difficulties I am having is that while I really like LANDesk and would like to create a career I'm worried that there is not much of a future here for me, this is at least partially of my own creation though.

      Pros

      Full job satisfaction with amazing perks & benefits. Everybody including senior management is supportive and continuously checks for their junior's job satisfaction and challenges.

      Cons

      Company Sales target is a point of concern due to multiple outside reasons. Hope it will reach to the deserving heights very soon.

      Pros

      - Lots of learning. Technologies used in the product are exciting. Very good opportunities to learn and apply the learning in the projects. - Engineers frequently interact with field and customers. This gives us a real sense of how our work is being used and making a difference. - Enjoy working with co-workers. People trust each other and help each other. - During the corona virus lock down, management made sure that our safety is the priority. It made it easy for us to stay committed.

      Cons

      There is nothing I can think of as the Cons of working at Ivanti.
