      Poor leadership with less growth opportunities

      Pros

      Ivanti has still maintained 3 days WFH/week which is good. There are some benefits like health equipment reimbursement and others which is beneficial. Work culture is okay in some teams and its flexible.

      Cons

      Poor and disorganized leadership. Managers either do micromanagement of doesn't care at all. No good pay and poor salary hike and bonus. Stock option are just for the name sake. High pressure and deadlines for work though it is flexible timings. No clear career growth and development path. Higher management doesn't focus on leadership building. Less employee support from management. Job security is minimal and employee always fears of their job because of frequent layoffs. Infra is bad, Less space for cafeteria, parking and cubical. Employees use cubical on sharing basis. No meeting rooms available for teams. Tech stack is old and no new innovation. Hiring processes is in-consistent and going below standard because of this. Management and leadership doesn't take frequent feedbacks and even if they get, things doesn't improve. Those who give poor feedback, they get laid off.

      Bleeding from the inside - a ship headed towards the ocean floor.

      Pros

      I'll say the one thing they do well is hire nice people.

      Cons

      This company is bleeding customers and not signing any new ones. Products are crap, outdated and inferior to the competition. No coaching, no inbound leads and the company has a horrendous reputation in the news. Account distribution is laughable - a few people on 300% attainment with the remainder on less than 50%. Managers claim they want things to be equal for everyone, but really are scared and only after themselves, in reality they are powerless. Comp plan changes so often and is very confusing and demotivating. New CEO is the worst C-Level Executive in existence.

      If u want early retirement,pls join Ivanti because they do layoff frequently If you want to save more money,then Ivanti is the right place as you will work 24/7 u will spend 1 rs also.

      Cons

      Except salary everything is worst here. They don't respect contract employee There is no work life balance
