      Pros

      Recent acquisitions of MobileIron, Cherwell and other smaller companies have added great talent and very good products to the product portfolio. Relatively new management, and they are working hard to get a common culture in place. The company is committed to allowing employees to work from anywhere.

      Cons

      Very tight on resources and budget. Owned by private equity, so EBITDA targets prevent taking risks on investing deeply to get the company on the fast track to success.

      Good people. The immediate team has been good.

      Cons

      Product strategies aren’t clear. Unable to support partners well through the acquisitions of companies. Lack of understanding of the acquired companies’ respective businesses. High sales targets which unrealistic. Executive management team don’t appear authentic.
