      Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback. Ivanti has made a significant number of acquisitions. Sometimes that causes some uncertainty and mixing of different cultures.       Ivanti was created as a merger of a number of different companies. I was working for a company called MobileIron. Most employees has some RSU's that got canceled once Ivanti acquired this company, this stock made up 1/3 of the salary. The upper management had their stock paid out, most other employees had theirs cancelled. There were mass layoffs, people had 2 hours to pack their stuff and leave. A dog eats dog way of doing business. Currently there seems to be a plan outsource our product development to India. Not sure about the other products, but I would say long term there is no future in product development in Europe with Ivanti.
