      Confusion and no direction

      Pros

      The salary levels are good and can probably pay match or outpay competitors. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      No direction after acquisition. People who knew the code base and internal details are all gone. So new comers have to discover and work with old legacy code leading to lots of confusion The basic infra is lacking and huge turnaround for build/test cycle.

      Some people that I worked with Flexible program if you are not burdened by a million of tasks that shouldn't be in your area

      Cons

      I have no space to write the cons. From top management, to the projects that they have, organisation, people respect, trust, transparency

      Worst work culture

      Pros

      they gave nice package . you can save a lot money as you will work for 24/7 u won't spend your time with your family and friends. if you are a single, you will be single forever so there is no extra pressure for you. they will do layoff any time even though they have good profit

      HR is not Good, Manager is Not good, politics , no job security
